How I got here

I did not come to strategy from a consulting firm. I came from building companies - product, revenue, capital, operations - across AI and machine learning, ad tech, marketplaces, SaaS, DTC, and creator economy. Every framework I use was built inside a business I was running or scaling, not theorized from the outside.

That background shaped a specific point of view: the technology is never the constraint. The operating architecture around it is. That is the layer I build.

2 companies founded and scaled

Built two venture-backed startups from scratch. Product, team, capital, and operations. Switch App (1M+ downloads, $6M raised, featured on Good Morning America) and Livekick (150K+ users across 25+ countries, $3M raised). $10M+ raised across both companies.

Built and managed an investor network spanning 200+ fund and individual relationships across VC, family office, corporate strategic, angel, and accelerator channels. Raised from 70+ investors who deployed capital across multiple rounds of venture financing. Strategy lead for the post-acquisition integration of nRelate, an AI-driven content recommendation platform acquired for Ask.com's APN division. Translated nRelate's recommendation engine into a coherent product and commercial capability across IAC's properties, and developed the GTM positioning that repositioned APN around AI-powered personalized content delivery.
